A sexy, energetic, fun workout that fuses fitness techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. The Booty BarreĀ® method is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with added cardio to burn fat fast. The Booty Barre workout was developed by Tracey Mallet, a former professional dancer, fitness star and master Pilates instructor. An hour-long class consists of a dynamic warm up and upper body work followed by 30 minutes at the Barre, working in different directions with cardio blasts to keep the heart rate elevated. High energy music will keep you motivated to get in those last few reps!
