A total body conditioning workout that involves both strength and cardio exercise; designed to target all major muscles groups in a variety of ways. In this class, you will use a mix of free weights, resistance bands, Bosu balls and a weighted bar, which you set according to your abilities and how hard you want to push. It can help you improve athletic performance, endurance and it will definitely make you sweat! By combining strength and power training moves, this workout will help you burn fat, build strength and leave you feeling awesome!

Our weight training class is designed to give you a full body workout. The class challenges all major muscle groups while burning fat and building muscle. This class is performed using a standard barbell with weight plates attached to both sides. Suitable for beginners and intermediates.
